Day Light Pole
A magical moment in September of 2021....Over the years I have seen many rings around the moon, even a moonlight rainbow.....but this was the first time I had ever seen a ring around the sun. Looking East up the mountain in Hawaii the photo was taken around 9:00 am. At the time, I had wished the light pole wasn't in the shot. Yesterday that changed when the images in the photo grid below appeared truly creating a Day Light Pole.

A prism on the wind chime aligns perfectly with the morning sunrise in October of 2022.
It may happen more often when I am not looking but I was thrilled to see the light shine.
These images were taken within seconds of each other.
